Student school, scheduled throughout summer 2023, conceived and designed to raise awareness of the versatility of truffles in the Restaurant.
What happens if Sabatino Tartufi, a market leader in the distribution and processing of truffles in Asia, meets The Italian Cooking Wine & Management School, one of the institutions in the food sector in Hong Kong. An annual partnership is born with courses with truffle-scented notes that turn the spotlight on Sabatino Tartufi products, the absolute protagonists of the appointments.
To mark the beginning of the partnership two cooking-Wine courses in Hong Kong. This will allow enthusiasts from all over The World, and beyond, to try to step in the F&B guided step by step by the professional Manager Chef & Sommelier. Date, April through all Summer 2023 in Hong Kong.
The Academy support the student by clarifying any doubts, a moderator who will help them discover all the secrets for the best result.

Course program
The aim of the academy is to create a knowledge base that will lead the candidates to have an initial basis of information on how to work in a restaurant, and a basic knowledge of the truffle. Through the daily work, candidates will be able to learn, working, to have a knowledge base of Italian wines, how to serve a table at the tables, and above all how to learn and manage all aspects of a restaurant. A part of the course will also take place in the kitchen, where candidates will learn how to cook some truffle-based dishes.
The 1 basic course will last 3 months. In the first month, the candidates will begin to familiarize themselves with the structure of the restaurant, the basics of planning the day with an initial preparation for the knowledge of Italian wines. In the second month, the candidates will begin to familiarize themselves with the history of truffles and understand how the dishes and the difference between some different types of truffles. In the third month candidates will have to start interacting with the operations of a restaurant and will have to demonstrate that they have started to learn the basics of procedures in a restaurant. The course will end with an exam.
